What You'll Do:
As an ER Holding Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to a diverse patient population-from pediatrics to geriatrics-ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment while managing complex conditions such as telemetry, dysrhythmias, renal failure, and cardiac Vasoactive Drips. Your role is critical in stabilizing patients and preparing them for definitive care, all while collaborating with a dedicated team in a high-energy environment.


Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in emergency, telemetry, PCU, or stepdown units
• Proficiency in telemetry & dysrhythmia management
• Expertise in IV insulin, heparin protocols, and Vasoactive drip titration
• Experience with renal failure management, blood product administration, and airway management (CPAP/BIPAP, tracheostomy)
• Strong knowledge of wound care, wound vacs, and rapid response utilization
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC documentation systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with non-invasive airway devices and advanced cardiac life support techniques
• Prior exposure to hospital staffing, patient education, or multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving clinical situations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of acute care or emergency department nursing experience
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and electronic health records (EHR)

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a 3x12-hour schedule
• Valid licensure and certifications in accordance with state and federal regulations

• Willingness to work hydrate shifts starting June 29, 2026
