Entry-Level Service Consultant (Career Path to Service Advisor)

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Have you ever considered a career in the automotive industry but didn't know where to start?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Entry-Level Service Consultant to join our Service Department. This position combines the responsibilities of a Customer Greeter and Service Porter while providing hands-on training to prepare you for the next step in your career—becoming a Service Advisor .

What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Greet customers as they arrive and assist them through the service drive.
• Help direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property.
• Keep the service drive and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and delivery.
• Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed.
• Maintain vehicle inventory on the service lot.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks and customer follow-up.
• Learn dealership service processes, repair orders, scheduling, and customer communication.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly personality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
