As a Preventive Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform scheduled maintenance and inspections that support fleet safety and reliability. What You’ll Do Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns Complete service documentation accurately Assist Diesel Mechanics with repairs as needed Work safely in an active maintenance environment What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of vehicle maintenance or mechanical experience Willingness to learn and follow maintenance procedures Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds Safety-focused and dependable work ethic Comfortable working evening or overnight shifts Pay & Schedule Hourly pay Most positions support night operations with 10–12 hour shifts common Day shift opportunities may be available depending on location Overtime is a regular part of this role About Us CR&R Incorporated is one of Southern California’s leading waste and recycling services providers, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers across multiple states.
