Maintenance Supervisor

Providence Real Estate is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our newest apartment community in Austin, Texas. This leadership position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards, developing team members, and delivering excellent service to residents. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the property's maintenance program, coordinate service requests, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well‑maintained. Pay: Competitive rate based on experience What You’ll Do You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate daily work assignments, oversee apartment turns, troubleshoot building systems, manage vendor relationships, and help ensure compliance with safety standards and company expectations. This role also requires participation in an on‑call rotation. What We’re Looking For Candidates should have prior apartment maintenance experience, leadership or supervisory experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and HVAC certification. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance is highly preferred.
