Production Worker (2nd Shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Location: Aurora, IL

Position Overview

We're hiring dependable Production Workers to support a quality-focused manufacturing process. This role is primarily responsible for checking and inspecting materials to ensure surfaces are clean and ready for the next step in production.

What You'll Do

• Inspect materials to confirm no residue remains on the surface prior to preparation for painting
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure materials meet standards before moving forward in the process
• Handle materials throughout the inspection process, including lifting and repositioning as needed
• Support production needs based on current workflow, which may include Production Braze or QC (Quality Control) tasks

Physical Requirements

• Maximum lifting requirement: up to 50 lbs
• Heavy lifters preferred, but light-lifting candidates are also welcome and may be considered depending on current Production Braze/QC needs
