RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) (Contract)
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Float Requirement: Possible float to support other units
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to PCU/step-down patients
Monitor and manage complex patient conditions
Administer medications and coordinate care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes
Support additional units as needed through float assignments
Job Requirements
Licensure/Certifications:
Active RN license in the state of Arizona (Required)
BLS (Required)
ACLS (typically required for PCU roles)
Experience:
Prior PCU, step-down, or acute care experience preferred
Setting: Progressive Care / Step-Down Unit
Scheduling: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as required
