Executive Director (Luxury Senior Living)
Are you an elite Senior Living leader who thrives in a sophisticated, luxury environment? A premier, high-end senior living community in the prestigious Buckhead area is seeking an Executive Director to guide its operations into an exciting next chapter.
This is not your standard executive director role. This community offers a unique, collaborative leadership model designed to set you up for ultimate success. You will own the senior living operations, resident experience, programming, and clinical care.

Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily senior living operations, resident programming, and clinical care for a thriving multi-level luxury community.
- Strategic Partnership: Build a powerful alliance with the high-end hospitality-focused team to deliver an unmatched, seamless resident experience.
- Community Stabilization: Provide grounded, consistent leadership to a dedicated team, fostering a culture of trust, open communication, and high morale.
- Clinical Oversight: Manage an exceptional, stable clinical team to ensure top-tier care compliance and age-in-place excellence.
We are looking for a true professional who commands a room with warmth, positivity, and high emotional intelligence.
- Proven Experience: Must have a successful track record as a Senior Living Executive Director.
- Luxury Standards: A background in luxury hospitality or high-end, upscale senior living is essential.
- Stability & Tenure: A career history that demonstrates commitment. We need a builder who wants to anchor themselves here and grow.
