• Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts (approx. full-time = 7.5 shifts/month); flexible schedules available
• Hours/week: Approx. 2190 hours annually (full-time), or minimum 1560 hours (benefit eligible)

• Licenses/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Experience: Preferred 2+ years in OB hospitalist role or similar

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (Discussed at interview)
• Annual Salary at full-time: Approx. $328,500
• Additional bonus potential: Available

What You'll Do:

• Attend approximately 60 deliveries per month at a Level-III NICU facility
• Manage OB triage, patient evaluations, and deliveries
• Provide surgical assistance and fetal monitoring
• Cover ER for obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with MFM for high-risk patient care
• Support team-based in-house coverage with another OBist
• Participate in teaching and training residents, fellows, and medical students

What You Need:

• Valid medical license and board certification/eligibility in OB/GYN
• In-house OB hospitalist experience preferred
• Ability to perform deliveries, triage, and OB procedures

• Experience with high-risk obstetrics and NICU support
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and possibly relocate
