Agency: TMA Job Function: Creative Job Subfunction: Art Direction Job Description: Leads art direction and visual design concepts for advertising campaigns, ensuring cohesive creative execution across all touchpoints Works closely with copywriters and creative teams to develop integrated concepts that strategically solve client challenges Guides junior designers and art team members, maintains brand standards, and ensures all visual work meets quality and strategic objectives CA/NY: $200k max Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
