Dinsmore & Shohl seeks a Patent Agent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering to join our Intellectual Property practice. This role may be remote in any state where Dinsmore has an office, with responsibilities including patent preparation, prosecution, and portfolio management. Requirements include a BS in CS/CE, USPTO registration, strong writing and analytical skills; PhD and/or industry experience preferred.
