Join the adventure of a lifetime by becoming a teammate with Aerodyne Industries and work on projects that will define our future.We need your talent, teamwork, and energy to help us achieve great things that inspire people all over the globe.We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst (Accounts Payable) to join the team with Aerodyne Industries.Job Duties:Review expenses for accuracy, correct coding, and government complianceReview submitted invoices and confirm supporting documentation, correct G/L coding, and appropriate approval prior to entering invoice into accounts payable system for paymentConduct independent research, follow-up, and resolution of PO/variance/matching/receiving issuesMaintain up to date information for vendors, input new vendors in compliance with company policiesReview, verify, and process invoices and check requests in a timely and accurate mannerPerform monthly reconciliation of various bank and credit card accountsRespond to government auditsSupport and foster team environment by participating in corporate projects requiring financial evaluationPerform other duties as required.Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position.QualificationsRequisition Qualifications:This position has been posted at multiple levels.
