Overall transformation for product and AI tools. Finding bottlenecks, development lifecycles, tracking and managing agile metrics. Proving what good looks like and building the narrative of how they’re improving development in the organization.Right now there’s not a great data ecosystem that allows for pulling together data from multiple data sources ranging from BI tools to manual spreadsheets. Need to be versed in tying data sources together and using manual resources.Reporting and analytics people, but not just someone who builds dashboards. Needs to think outside the box and identify trends. Needs to be independent and able to drive transformation overall. Shouldn’t need to be directed line by line on the project.Visualizations being built should be able to be snipped and presented in executive presentations, this person won’t be the one presenting.Team is going to consist of the 2 contractors, an AI engineering analytics person, strategy DAC person, Product operating model person.
