You will: Handle litigation files as they go through their progression towards settlement or trials Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc. Guide clients through the entire case Attend and conduct depos, mediations, hearings, etc. What we're looking for: Must be a member of the local state bar Must have a degree from an accredited law school At least 3 years of PI experience You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm You must be open to trying cases Interested in hearing more?
