The HR Employee Partner will apply strong HR expertise to guide key processes, address employee relations matters, and collaborate across HR teams to deliver practical, business‑focused solutions.What You Will Do Coach and advise operations leaders on effective leadership, performance management, and consistent application of workplace standards.Partner with leaders on engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, productivity, and overall employee experience.Guide HR team members on operational processes to enhance HR’s partnership with the business.Support key HR processes, including compensation, talent development, performance management, and talent acquisition.Ensure consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and promote equitable outcomes.Implement proactive employee relations, training, leadership development, and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.Investigate and resolve employee relations concerns and ethics‑related cases.Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years of experience.Experience coaching managers regarding employee performance, talent development and / or employee relationsExperience in handling employee relations issues and investigationsQualifications We PreferStrong HR and business acumen with experience driving HR strategic partnerships in influencing business resultsProven ability to influence and coach leaders at various levels without direct supervisory responsibilitiesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple HR functional disciplines to develop solutionsAbility to comprehend complex issues and identify opportunities to add value and deliver effective solutionsAbility to work with all levels of the organization and handle high levels of confidentialityWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
