Regional Sales Manager - AHH
Johnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Advanced Hemostasis and Healing products across Miami, Naples, and Fort Myers, Florida. This field-based leadership role manages sales representatives, develops facility-level accounts, and drives growth in wound closure and biosurgery platforms within the MedTech Surgery division.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales representatives to implement sales strategies and achieve division forecasts
- Develop and execute facility-level account plans targeting key stakeholders and decision makers
- Conduct field visits and provide coaching to sales representatives for skill development and career planning
- Recruit, hire, and manage sales team to ensure full territory coverage with qualified staff
- Coordinate demand and access resources tailored to facility-specific needs and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years business and/or leadership experience
- 5+ years clinical sales, marketing, professional education, or commercial experience
- 2+ years coaching, mentoring, or training experience
- 1-2 years direct leadership experience managing employees
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple applications
