Family Therapy Specialist: Functional Change
BAYS, Inc.
BAYS, Inc. is seeking a Functional Family Therapist to provide in-home family therapy to youth and families in Tampa, Florida. The therapist will work independently and as part of a team, carrying a caseload of 10-12 families. This role involves utilizing the FFT model, engaging families who may be reluctant to accept help, and ensuring timely communication with referral sources. A Master's degree in a relevant field and a valid Florida Driver’s License are required.
