Position: Advisory & Transaction Services Expert (M&A / Valuation)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $700 per task
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic scenarios from your work, including quality-of-earnings analyses, working-capital and net-debt analyses, and valuation models .
- Review and compare AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy and sound professional judgment.
- Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in transaction and valuation tasks.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance training data quality and model reasoning.
- Develop and refine purchase price allocation models and deal/LBO models .
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Transaction advisory (Big 4 TAS / boutique) and/or corporate development, investment banking, or valuation background.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , or a related field.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Preferred
- CPA , and/or ASA / ABV / CFA a plus for valuation-leaning candidates.
- Hands-on ownership of QoE , valuation, or deal models.
