Inside Sales Representative - Hanes Fabrics

Hanes Fabrics in Conover, NC, a division of Hanes Companies and Leggett & Platt is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative . Hanes Fabrics is one of the leading distributors of drapery linings, interlinings, and light-blocking fabrics to the residential and hospitality markets.  

 

Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads across markets and regions
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and update opportunity stages
• Ensure all sales activities are documented in CRM
• Support sales reps with follow-ups, quotes, and customer communication
• Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials
• Provide flexible support across regions and accounts

Key Design Principles

• Owns company pipeline support, qualification, and consistency
• Supports multiple regions and markets with opportunity tracking and follow up
• Does not always own full sales cycle

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems and data management
• Comfortable with outbound communication and lead qualification
• Collaborative and adaptable across teams
