Corpus Christi, TX 4220 S Staples St, Corpus Christi, TX 78411-2702, United States of America Pay: $10.50 - $10.75 Responsibilities Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Handle all front‑desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, touring prospective members, and enrolling new members while calculating rates and monthly payments. Assist the Club Manager with drawer counting as needed. Facilitate updates to members’ accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Club Manager when appropriate. Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club, completing daily tasks within the first hour of each shift, helping with the priority cleaning list, performing walk‑around and bathroom checks, and assisting with special cleaning projects as required. Perform other duties and responsibilities based on club needs. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High School diploma/GED equivalent required. Customer service background preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for fitness and health. Exceptional customer service skills, able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co‑workers, exceeding expectations. Strong listening ability with empathy and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrates diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
