RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service technicians based on location, skill set, urgency, and availability. Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as priorities change. Communicate appointment details, updates, and changes to technicians and customers. Maintain close communication with field personnel to ensure efficient routing and on-time arrivals. Respond quickly to emergency service requests and prioritize accordingly. Confirm customer appointments and proactively notify customers of delays or schedule changes. Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately. Utilize ServiceTitan (or similar dispatch software) to manage schedules, job statuses, and technician assignments. Monitor technician capacity and work to minimize downtime while maximizing productivity. Coordinate with department managers regarding scheduling priorities and workload. Review incomplete jobs and reschedule follow-up work as needed. Ensure all jobs contain accurate customer information, notes, and required documentation. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service in every interaction. Support company goals by helping improve response times, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience. Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other home service industries is highly preferred. Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
