Part Time Custodian

Description The Custodian is responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness of the assigned building, completing daily duties allocated by the supervisor, performing team and individual cleaning, and maintaining constant communication with the supervisor. Essential Tasks Conduct regular inspections of the assigned area. Follow job duties assigned by the supervisor. Cross train in different areas. Provide excellent customer service. Inform supervisor of broken equipment and fill stations that do not work properly. Perform duties such as sweep floors, mop floors, dust, clean restrooms, take out trash, vacuum, disinfect touch points and surfaces, clean glass doors and windows, clean and polish drinking fountains, clean kitchens/break rooms, sweep and mop stairwells, wipe down handrails in stairwells, clean and polish elevators, and keep custodial closet clean and organized. * You will be provided a building specific schedule; however, the above tasks are company-wide and you could be asked to perform such duties at any time. * Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be self‑motivated. Must have a positive attitude. Attention to detail. Organized skills. Must be able to manage time. Must have a desire to maintain cleanliness. Must be able to communicate effectively with the supervisor. Ability to learn and properly utilize machines/equipment. Position Requirements Full-time/Part-time.
