At Chick-fil-A we have four levels of leadership: Certified Trainer, Operations Captain, Operations Director and Executive Director.
Leadership opportunities are full-time restaurant positions working 40-50 hours per week. Responsibilities include: shift leadership, scheduling, inventory, and all aspects of food safety and food quality.

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Strong sense of character
- Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Sustained, excellence performance is required
- "Core 4" Recipe for Service: Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, always say "My Pleasure."
- Practice 2nd mile service with a servant attitude and generosity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork characteristics
- Leading a shift of 25-35 people and an overall team of 100+ employees
- Spirit of hospitality
- College degree preferred
Leadership Qualifications:
- Communication skills: The ability to convey ideas clearly and listen to others is essential.
- Emotional intelligence: Understanding and managing one's own emotions and being empathetic towards others.
- Vision: The ability to set a clear direction and inspire others to follow it.
- Decision-making: Making informed and timely decisions, even under pressure.
- Integrity: Demonstrating honesty, ethical behavior, and consistency in actions.
- Adaptability: Being flexible and open to change, and able to navigate uncertainty.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify problems, generate solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Team building: The ability to build, motivate, and manage a team to achieve goals.
- Conflict resolution: Managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Delegation: Assigning tasks appropriately and trusting team members to execute them.
Most Chick-fil-A® restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.

- 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Monday to Friday
