Senior Product Manager, Endpoint Observability & Insights

Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a key TeamViewer ONE product area from discovery through launch and adoption. Working across Engineering, Data, AI, Security, UX, and Go-to-Market teams, you will define and deliver observability and auditability capabilities for Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), helping customers understand, monitor, and optimize endpoint activity, administrative actions, and automation outcomes. Responsibilities Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for endpoint observability, auditability, and telemetry within TeamViewer ONE. Build a unified view of endpoint activity by connecting system, security, user, remote-session, and automation events. Drive insights and automation through search, alerting, analytics, root-cause analysis, and AI-assisted remediation. Define trusted audit, compliance, and security capabilities, including logging, retention, access controls, and reporting. Partner with Engineering, Data, AI, and Security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platform capabilities. Lead customer discovery, prioritization, and product delivery, measuring adoption, customer value, and business impact. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, endpoint management, IT operations, observability, cybersecurity, or related domains. Proven success owning complex product areas from discovery through launch and adoption. Strong understanding of endpoint telemetry, event management, audit logging, troubleshooting, and incident investigation. Familiarity with cloud-scale, event-driven architectures, APIs, search, analytics, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Experience turning customer and operational insights into product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
