Project Coordinator

MISSION : The Inside Technical Coordinator is responsible for knowledge of hazardous materials regulations, DOT regulations, warehousing, and logistics are necessary. This position will be helping the management team set the bar for success at a fast pace in a continually growing manufacturing environment. Job Description: Process paperwork for all profiles for Sales Team Maintain and renew all expired profiles Manage and maintain profile database Create manifest and BOLs for shipping Create labels fortheoperations team when needed Manage and schedule pick up of waste Set up and maintain new disposal facility contract Set up new customer accounts Build both customer and vendor price lists General administrative support for sales team Travel to customer locations to conduct site walks & give presentations Position Preferred & Required Skills: Required,high school diploma with some college or equivalent related field experience Required, must be a self-starter requiring very little day to day supervision with a proven service record of excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team Required, teamwork skills along with excellent customer service focus Required,promote a safe and high morale work environment Required,applicants must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred,minimumof2 years of experience in an industrial facility managed services role Preferred,knowledge a must; DOT/RCRA/RCRA Regulatory Waste Management, & OSHA Regulations Preferred,have or be able to obtain TWIC clearance Preferred,have or be able to complete Hazwoper & Safety Council certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Lion Industrial Resources, Inc.
