Quick Facts: Location: 1215 East Michigan Avenue, Lansing, MI 48912 Start Date: 07/28/2026 End Date/Duration: TBD (ongoing assignment) Shift: Weekdays, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum Licensure/Certs: Current CRNA license required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in anesthesia, autonomous practice preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $187.60/hour (capped at $280/hour) Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement for mileage at IRS standard rate Paid sick time in accordance with applicable law What You ll Do: Provide MAC anesthesia independently for adult and geriatric patients during endoscopy procedures Manage 10-16 cases daily, including EGD and colonoscopy with or without biopsies Work solely in an endoscopy setting, supporting department staffing needs Utilize EMR/EHR system (EPIC) for documentation Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Cooperate with dedicated endoscopy staff to deliver seamless anesthesia care What You Need: Valid CRNA license in Michigan or eligibility to obtain 2+ years of anesthesia experience Strong knowledge of MAC anesthesia, patient monitoring, and autonomous practice Excellent reliability and independence in clinical judgment Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment: This assignment supports a busy endoscopy unit performing adult and geriatric procedures with no trauma designation. The CRNA will provide solo anesthesia care, primarily MAC, supporting 10-16 cases per day in a dedicated endoscopy setting. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no overnight or call responsibilities, making it ideal for a professional seeking consistent weekday hours.
