In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full‑Time) We are seeking entry‑level professionals to work as in‑home sales and tech support representatives during our busiest hours. This role is full‑time, requires daily travel to customer residences, and is not remote. About the Role • Full‑time, 5 days per week (12:05pm – 9:00pm)• Daily travel to customer residences (maximum 120 miles one‑way)• Complete paid training and ongoing coaching• Work independently in the field using our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach Responsibilities Serve: Meet customers in‑home or at their preferred location, provide exceptional customer service, and prioritize the customer’s needs. Solve: Identify and resolve customers’ technology issues, offer clear solutions regardless of their technical knowledge, and ensure a satisfactory resolution. Sell: Leverage the Asurion product range to offer tailored solutions, actively listen to customer needs, and close sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
