Location: Kansas City, MO (onsite)
Duration: Jan 26 – Apr 25, 2026 (potential extension/convert)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Drug Screen: Required

Overview

The End User Support Technician will install and upgrade computer equipment for employees and contingent workers. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and resolution with strong emphasis on customer support, teamwork, and urgency.
• Image, configure, install, repair, and upgrade computer systems; perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and technical incidents.
• Update and resolve tickets in ServiceNow, meeting department specifications.
• Assist customers in person or remotely with technical issues and software installations.
• Perform inventory of devices and maintain accurate assignment records.
• Handle new hire desk setups and office/department move equipment connections.
• Partner with IT Service Owners for complex issue resolution.
• Document resolution steps for recurring issues and update knowledge base articles.
• Provide tier-1 AV hardware troubleshooting and on-site presentation support.
• Participate in Problem and Change management processes as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Self-starter with strong customer service orientation.
