Job Title: Electricians & Electrician Assistants
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electricians and Electrician Assistants to perform electrical work and assist electricians with various tasks and material handling. The role involves working under the direct supervision of an assigned electrician to install electrical systems and components.
Responsibilities

• Assist electricians by performing tasks and handling materials.
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.
• Execute plans of electrical installations for fixtures and equipment.
• Install safety and distribution components such as switches and circuit-breaker panels.
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks.

Essential Skills

• Experience as an electrician, specifically in commercial electrical systems.
• Proficiency in electrical work, conduit preparation, troubleshooting, and construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform conduit bending.
• Manual dexterity with electrical and hand tools such as wire strippers and voltmeter.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ownership of basic electrical hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Journeyman license preferred, but not required.
• Strong electrical experience is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
