The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional designer to join our team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage and play a crucial role in shaping Ivo's product, user experience, and overall design strategy. You'll work closely with the leadership, marketing and engineering to create intuitive, user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. Ideally, you should be comfortable with both product design and other design work, from branding to marketing collateral.

What You'll Do

Lead the entire design and creative process

Work directly with our founding team to define user interactions.

Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens.

Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product

Optimize for speed, usability, and accessibility.

Work in fast, iterative cycles — we maintain no backlog.

Translate our core principles into product:

Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate.

Quality matters. Your work stands on its own.

No backlogs. Build what's needed, when it's needed.

FITFO. You figure things out independently.

Ownership mindset. You think and act like an owner.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in product design.

You possess demonstrated experience as a 0-1 product designer, focused on designing exceptional products that ship quickly.

A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design and measurable outcomes

Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
