Job Details

As a Senior Accountant- M&A Transactions, you will serve as a financial architect for our most significant investment activities. This is a specialized role sitting at the intersection of capital deployment, complex investment structuring, and technical financial oversight.

• Transaction Execution: Own the full-cycle accounting treatment and integration for acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic investment vehicles.
• Technical Authority: Conduct high-level accounting research (GAAP/IFRS) and draft formal memorandums to support complex investment structures.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner intimately with Tax, Investments, and Finance leaders to model outcomes, ensure precise accounting treatment, and drive deal completion.
• Systems Architecture: Develop and maintain sophisticated estimation models and oversee the configuration of new investment structures within our financial reporting systems.

Requirements-

• 3+ years with a Big 4 Firm, spefifically audit
• Large regional firm experience would also be considered with asset management client experience
• CPA is strongly preferred
