Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location : Brooklyn and Queens area

Shift : 15-20 hours per week

Employment Type: Part-time

We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative who is responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, referral coordinators, and community organizations to increase awareness of the Company's services and support business growth.

This role requires extensive daily travel within an assigned territory, regular in-person visits to healthcare providers, and excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. The Outside Sales Representative serves as a professional ambassador for the Company by educating referral sources about available services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering long-term partnerships. This position is primarily field-based and requires independent time management and reliable transportation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, and other referral sources.

• Promote the Company's healthcare services through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and educational discussions.
• Represent the Company professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare functions.
• Conduct a minimum of fifteen (15) physician office visits each scheduled workday, unless otherwise directed by management.
• Develop an efficient daily schedule to maximize productivity and coverage.
• Accurately document all visits, meetings, and outreach activities in the Company's tracking system.
• Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager.
• Distribute company-approved marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and promotional items to physician offices, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and prospective referral sources.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of company-approved marketing materials and request replenishment as needed.
• Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitor information to management.
• Attend sales meetings, staff meetings, training sessions, and other required meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Company and patient information.
• Comply with HIPAA, Company policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Conduct all outreach activities ethically and professionally.
• Follow all healthcare compliance requirements, including applicable Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law regulations.

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in outside sales, customer service, business development, hospitality, retail sales, or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent driving throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
• Frequent walking through physician offices and healthcare facilities.
• Ability to lift and carry marketing materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.

Work Environment

• Primarily field-based position requiring daily travel.
• Frequent interaction with physicians, healthcare providers, office staff, and community partners.
• Work schedule may occasionally require attendance at networking events or community activities outside of regular business hours.
