Brand Ambassador

Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, on-brand shopping experience while driving sales and supporting store operations. This customer-focused role requires teamwork, adaptability, and engagement in clienteling and alternative purchase pathways. Ambassadors help execute store initiatives and support a consistent brand presentation to build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Drive daily sales through proactive customer engagement and achievement of sales goals. Support company and store initiatives, training, and use of retail technology such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and ship-to-home. Maintain sales floor standards, merchandise presentation, and assist with product discovery via QR codes and digital catalogs. Build clientele through networking and provide feedback to management on category opportunities and customer needs. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred and strong customer service skills. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel as required.
