About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Investments to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's investment strategy, with a focus on open-air retail real estate. This role involves leading a team of investment professionals, managing the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, and owning the deployment of discretionary fund capital. Key responsibilities include structuring and negotiating real estate transactions, maintaining underwriting and due diligence standards, and cultivating industry relationships to drive deal flow. The SVP will also be expected to manage the investment team, ensure high performance, and uphold the company's mission and key principles. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in a relevant investment role, a proven track record in real estate investments, and a deep understanding of fund economics and portfolio management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and the ability to travel as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts, exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
