Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Carrollton, TX facility. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and developing in-depth knowledge of our products while supporting customers and the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and inside sales support Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in the SAP system Process orders and assist with purchasing activities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support customer needs Assist customers with product, order, and pricing questions Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests Develop strong knowledge of company products, processes, and systems Qualifications: 25 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Strong computer skills; SAP experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the role What We Offer: Competitive salary Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Paid vacation Paid holidays Professional development opportunities Opportunity to develop product, customer service, and sales expertise within an established industry leader
