The HR Associate will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, reporting, and offboarding. This role will help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while providing excellent support to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, contracts, background checks, and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and employee files.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Support employee relations, probation reviews, and performance management processes.
• Coordinate training, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and audit requirements.
• Manage offboarding, exit interviews, clearance, and final pay coordination.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Employees are expected to demonstrate a security-first mindset and ensure that information security considerations are incorporated into their day-to-day activities, decision-making, and interactions with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee administration.
• Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably Sprout.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
