Responsibilities Greet every customer when they walk thru the door. Thank every customer when transaction is completed. Operate with efficiency, excellence, quality and thrift. Pay attention to customers “no matter what”. Be aware of customers even if you are involved in restocking or talking with another customer. People are more willing to be patient if they feel that they have been acknowledged by associate. (customers waiting are more important than personal conversations with others) Understand how the customer sees their situation and explore solutions together. Up sell in a low-key manner. Do not become pushy. Cash drawer ready for next associate. In uniform and properly groomed for work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Drendel's Corner Inc.
