• Set up and operate turning, milling, and screw machines.
• Run multiple machines when needed to keep production moving.
• Read and interpret blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision, using creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Manufacturing background preferred.
• 35 years of machine set-up experience is ideal.
• Skills:
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications:
• Industry-related certifications may be required or preferred.
