We work collaboratively to provide compassionate care and utilize evidence based practice to improve outcomes – to every resident and patient, every time.Job DetailsDuties: Responsible for the overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of professional and supportive staff and students in the physical therapy department/facility.QualificationsGraduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy. Bachelor's Degree required. Must have, or be eligible for, State Licensure or registration. License must be obtained within 1 year. Previous experience preferred; will train new graduates.Special RequirementsPosition is strenuous requiring handling, positioning, and manipulation of patients requiring physical therapy. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to staff members, management peers, hospital administration. Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and handle physical therapy equipment. Must be able to lift and position patients. Knowledge of all equipment used in the rehabilitation of physically impaired patients. Ability to use hospital information system.Posted Salary RangeUSD $62.32 - USD $62.32 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
