Key Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing the restaurant with flexibility for extended hours
• Support cash register counting and inventory stocking
• Expedite food orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Follow management directions and uphold company policies and standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and food handling laws

Work Environment & Requirements

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including standing and walking periods
• Frequent courteous interaction with guests and team members
• Provide direction and supervision to associates

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient math and computer skills
• Mature, professional demeanor with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Positive attitude, self-discipline, and well-groomed appearance
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
