We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub‑acute, long‑term care, and assisted living throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD. What We Provide Customizable Part‑time or Full‑Time opportunities available, tailored to align with your personal and professional goals. 32‑hour and 40‑hour equivalent work week opportunities Salary ranges from $56,000‑$85,000 with uncapped FFS bonus opportunity Part‑time fee‑for‑service opportunities Rewarding experience working with the senior population Flexible daytime hours with autonomy EHR: efficient, user‑friendly, clinician‑designed EMR SCT University CEU reimbursement program Psychologist‑led training on day one with ongoing support Clinical team support: peer‑to‑peer learning Cutting‑edge resources & mentorship: We champion your growth with abundant resources, mentorship, and career advice to set you up for unparalleled success Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, ancillary benefits (for full‑time) 401(k) plan with up to 3% company match offered day 1 (part‑time and full‑time) Malpractice insurance provided PTO & holiday (full‑time) Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a sub‑acute or skilled nursing facility Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician‑designed electronic medical/health system (EHR) Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Requirements Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state applying Effective oral and written communication in English Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR) Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance Ability to provide in‑person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities Preferred Qualifications Previous clinical experience in a sub‑acute, long‑term care, or geriatric healthcare setting History of treating anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders Psych or addictions experience is a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills Additional Information SCT welcomes individuals with a variety of licensure types to join our exceptional team.
