Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LCSW or LCADC for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with a respected organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Assist clients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
- Active LCSW or LCADC license.
- Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or mental health services preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Contract-to-hire opportunity.
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week.
- Flexible shift options: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
