Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) Schedule: Guaranteed 36 Hours Per Week Shift Options: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LCSW or LCADC for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with a respected organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Assist clients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Active LCSW or LCADC license.
• Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or mental health services preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
