Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC)

Schedule: Guaranteed 36 Hours Per Week

Shift Options: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LCSW or LCADC for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with a respected organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling services.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Assist clients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Active LCSW or LCADC license.
Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or mental health services preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
