We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing children 5+, with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

Ellie Mental Health operates independent therapy clinics. Our diverse team is dedicated to providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy services to the community.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
• Maintain documentation per company policies

Qualifications include:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
• Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (experience with Valant a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
• Engage in social work activities to address patient needs
• Participate in behavioral health interventions within the hospital setting
