For more than three decades, Hutch's has been one of Buffalo's premier dining destinations, earning a reputation for refined cuisine, genuine hospitality, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. We are seeking an accomplished Maitre D' to help lead our front-of-house team and uphold the standards our guests have come to expect.

This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who understands that great service is both an art and a discipline. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a gracious presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences while inspiring those around them.

What You'll Do

As Maitre D', you will be the face of our dining room, orchestrating service with professionalism, warmth, and precision. You'll lead by example—welcoming guests, managing the flow of service, supporting the host and service teams, and ensuring every guest leaves with an experience worthy of Hutch's reputation.

You'll collaborate closely with our Lead Host, Events Manager, Sommelier, General Manager, and Ownership to maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates with experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or private clubs who possess:

• Mastery of fine dining service standards and etiquette

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality operations

• Experience with reservation and POS systems

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities

• A calm, polished presence under pressure

• A hands-on management style with a genuine desire to mentor and elevate those around you

• An uncompromising commitment to guest satisfaction and attention to detail
