About the Position

Description

A hospital in Miami, Florida is seeking experienced CRNAs to provide anesthesia services for inpatient surgical procedures.

The CRNA will administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases including general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, trauma, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, and gynecologic procedures. Providers will work within a team-based anesthesia care model in a busy surgical environment.

Weekend call coverage is required as part of the rotation schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
• Administer anesthesia during surgical procedures
• Monitor patient condition throughout surgery
• Manage perioperative anesthesia care and recovery monitoring
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Document anesthesia care using EMR systems
• Participate in weekend call rotation

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Board Certification required
• Active Florida CRNA License required
• Minimum 2 years of anesthesia experience required
• ACLS Certification required
• BLS Certification required
• PALS Certification required

Working Hours

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

Minimum Shifts: 16 shifts per month

Weekend Requirement: Two weekend days per month

Call: Weekend call coverage required
