About the Role As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Providing caregiver education and family support Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth Compensation & Benefits $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Competitive Salary: $80,000-$85,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm Location : 1921 W.
