IT Support Analyst

Profession Computer Systems Analyst City: Las Vegas, USA We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas. As an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This is a contract position with the potential for extension. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients regarding computer systems and software Install, configure and maintain computer systems and software Identify and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures and policies Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups and system checks Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions to complex technical problems Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on issue resolution Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and applications Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Salary: $1400 per month Location: Las Vegas, USA Note: This is a contract position with the potential for extension.
