Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 call coverage, with shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 7 AM.
• Participate in ER call coverage, focusing on hospital and call duties only.
• Manage an average of 20 patients per physician daily.
• Conduct approximately 2 surgeries per physician each day.
• Handle a caseload that is entirely hospital-based, with 40% involving trauma cases.
• Perform general neurosurgery for both adult and pediatric patients.
• Execute spinal surgeries with or without instrumentation.
• Place ICP monitors and apply external traction as required.
