Accounts Payable Clerk

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Compensation: $25.00 Per Hour Job Summary: The Accounts Payable professional supports daily accounting and administrative operations by processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting month-end activities. This role works closely with vendors and internal teams to help ensure accurate and timely financial processes while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and interested in growing long-term with the company. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices and ensure payments are completed in a timely manner Review and reconcile vendor statements and account discrepancies Prepare journal entries and assist with general accounting functions Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial documentation Prepare check runs and maintain accurate payment postings Maintain accounts payable files and supporting documentation Assist with month-end close activities Provide office administrative support as needed Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications Required: 3+ years of strong Accounts Payable experience Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, including journal entries and account reconciliations Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience providing office administrative support Dependable with a strong interest in long-term growth with the company Clean background check Ability to successfully pass a drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
