Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Alarm Technician to join our team! You will service, repair and sometimes install security or fire alarm equipment including panels, devices, CCTV and access control.
Responsibilities:
- Work with commercial customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarm systems
- Make repairs to issues found
- Install and program alarm systems and components
- Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systems
- Monitor inventory of service parts
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years minimum previous experience in security installation, service and repairs
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
