About the Opportunity

Commonwealth Emergency Physicians (CEP) is an independent, physician-owned emergency medicine group serving Northern Virginia. We are seeking a Fellowship trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join our team. Based at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia, this position offers a stable, supportive environment in a private group known for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and flexible scheduling.

Position Highlights:

• Highly Competitive Compensation with Exceptional Benefits 
• Stable, Private, Physician-Owned.
• $180-$200 per hour with RVU & Shift Differentials
• 50-60 patients per day (24-hour average). Less than 5% transfer rate 
• Employed with Benefits, 401k, and Paid Malpractice
• 13 shifts a month (6a-4p, 2p-midnight, 9p-7a)
• Brand New Inpatient Unit
• Broad Scope of Practice
• Malpractice coverage, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits provided

Practice Environment

• Inova Loudoun Hospital (Flagship Site):
• 40,000 Adult ED & Dedicated ~20,000 Annual Pediatric ED visits.
• 33-bed adult ED and 11-bed pediatric ED
• Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, Cath Lab, MICU, STICU
• Part of the nationally recognized Inova Health System
• Epic EMR

Qualifications

• MD/DO with PEM Board Certification/Eligibility
• Eligible for Virginia medical license

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation ranging from $180-$200 per hour with RVUs and shift differentials
